Our Japanese thermal straightening is a chemical service that permanently straightens your wavy or curly hair (excluding excessive curly hair) and smooths it with a conditioning treatment. We use authentic products imported from Japan for the highest quality possible. The whole process can take anywhere from 4-7 hours depending on density and length of hair, and how much curls there are.
After getting this service done, do not shampoo or get your hair wet for approximately 72 hours (3 days) to give time for chemical treatment to settle in. Try not to do much to your hair such as tying it back with a hair band to avoid making any dent or creases in hair during this 72 hours (3 days) time frame. Avoid working out if there will be heavy sweating. After this period, you are free to do whatever you want.
For best results, use a pH balance shampoo that’s meant for color and permed hair.
The part that has been straightened will stay straight, your roots will grow back how your hair naturally is. Most clients get the roots retouch within 8-12 months, the process will cost the same since it takes the same amount of time and work.
